SHOP DRAWING MEETINGS

To provide the most accurate and detailed shop drawings, we hold pre-shop drawing meetings with the architect and include the head, jamb, sill conditions showing complete integration of Brombal’s systems within the building envelope.

FIELD SERVICE INSTALLATION

Installing steel windows and doors in certain conditions can be challenging, and if not done correctly can wreak havoc. Brombal’s highly trained field technicians can work side by side on site with our clients to ensure the right installation practices are followed for perfect assembly.

Brombal wants clients to see, feel, test, and have complete confidence in the products they are receiving. Providing an accurate portrayal of the window and door system through samples and mock-ups is critical in communicating expectations and improving product design. This process is accelerated during the design phase well in advance of final product fabrication.

PRODUCT TESTING FACILITY

QUALITY IN ALL THAT WE CREATE

PACKAGING, CRATING, AND SHIPPING

All the windows and doors are labeled, packaged, and crated with the utmost attention to prevent damage during shipping. The frames are placed in a wooden crate and encased with a hygroscopic bag. The frames are fixed to robust wooden poles that are screwed to the crate. Once the entire process has been completed, the crate is closed and the goods are ready to be shipped.
