OWL DITCH RANCH – guesthouse built of real stone inspired by the house from Corsica
This important project had the challenge to merge the slightly different visions that the two owners had about the restoration of an existing outdated house on the site. The perfect balance was a point between a rustic feel, suggested by him, and something more contemporary, desired by her. Finding a compromise was not easy at all, but Brombal proposed a solution that contained very harmonic elements that matched one idea with the other. Brombal’s custom steel divided light units with extra large triple pane glass was the ideal solution mixing, modern look and energy efficiency with an older touch.
