KING RESIDENCE – a residence with an increased energy efficiency

view of the residence with Thermally broken Bronze windows and doors

The remodeling of this two-story residence had the goal to give a modern flair with rustic accents along with an increased energy efficiency. In the octagonal shaped breakfast room, Brombal used brass true divided lights to suit the home’s overall appeal. Insulated glass units to increase thermal efficiency. The custom two-story box bay windows incorporated in this home were constructed from Brombal Thermally Broken FARO Bronze sections. Due to proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, Bronze was the ideal choice thanks to its superior resistance to corrosion by the salt.
